Impeccable service from the staff made a significant impact during my one-night stay, especially with the friendly greetings at check-in and complimentary parking. The harbor view king room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, offering a fantastic vantage point of the cityscape. there were some hiccups regarding reservation details, leading to unnecessary confusion at check-in, which dampened the experience. Dining options were decent, but some clarity on charges would improve the experience significantly.

The hot dogs around here are a must-try! Trust me, you won't wanna miss 'em. The pool and breakfast café were awesome too, with lovely staff who made us feel right at home.
I asked for a quiet room with a view and got stuck next to the elevator, come on! Plus, the $20 amenities fee is a bit much for what you get, especially with the parking situation.

Stellar views and amazing staff!
My stay for 1 night in a Premier King Suite with Harbor View was simply stunning. The room was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views of the harbor, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect—just a short walk to everything we wanted to visit. The only downside was that the dining options were limited due to the restaurant being closed during our stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The pool was clean and warm, perfect for a dip after a long day. We also enjoyed the view of the harbor from our room, which was spacious and beautifully appointed. The location is fantastic, with everything in walking distance. I particularly loved how close it was to the Science Museum and other attractions, making it super convenient for exploring with my toddler.
Felt looked after, nothing to complain about.

would love to stay here again
The room was spacious with air conditioning, cable channels, and a minibar. The harbor view was impressive, really adds to the stay. There’s a lovely seating area and the spa facilities looked inviting, although I didn’t use them. The staff were super welcoming and helpful, making the experience even better.

The room was squeaky clean with lovely finishes, and the location was perfect for all our wedding festivities. Plus, the valet team was absolutely delightful—kudos to them! Nothing like a charming staff to brighten your day.
However, the phone to the front desk was as useful as a chocolate teapot. attempting to get a bath mat felt like calling into a black hole. And what's with the mysterious $100 charge? That's a surprising way to say hello!

The harbor view from the King Room was breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop during my stay. Spacious accommodations featured a luxurious soaking tub that added a touch of comfort after long days exploring the area.
I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, which appeared neglected and dirty—definitely not what I expected. My bed arrangement in the harbor view room left me unable to enjoy the view directly from my sleeping position, which felt like a waste given the extra charge. mold in the vents around the pool area raised concerns about maintenance, while the overall decor felt dated, in need of a refresh.

Our stay was enjoyable overall, especially the convenient location near attractions like the Maryland Science Center and the National Aquarium. The harbor view from our room was a highlight, and the staff were genuinely accommodating when we had issues with our room's check-in time. However, we found the parking fees to be quite steep and a bit confusing. The facilities, though nice, could benefit from some updates, particularly around the pool area.

Let’s start with that mouthwatering vegan pizza from Bubba Gump Shrimp Co—definitely a slice of heaven! And I gotta say, the location is a dream; it’s mere steps from the harbor. Plus, the spacious rooms were well-maintained—a cozy nest after exploring the culinary gems nearby.
But hold up, let’s not sugarcoat it. On the night of my stay, a mouse decided to crash my party in room 543! I was shaken up, and while the staff moved me quickly, it made me feel like this place has some serious rodent issues. Even worse, the manager didn't even give me a nod or an apology at checkout—what’s that about?

The Royal Sonesta's location near the harbor blew me away. I enjoyed the stunning harbor views from my room. The staff’s friendliness made a huge difference. Carmen at the front desk remembered my anniversary and surprised us with champagne. Loved the spacious room with two comfy couches. Breakfast was great, especially the made-to-order omelets. However, the Wi-Fi barely worked, making it tough to plan our day. The parking fee felt excessive, especially with a $100 incidental hold added unexpectedly. I expected better dining options. the food at the lounge didn't match the prices. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, perfect to unwind, but the restaurant being closed was disappointing. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day, but the staff responded quickly. I plan to give this hotel another try despite the hiccups.
